- You may pray to any god or goddess, no matter your Colony.
- Each of your characters may pray to the gods once a week.` Be wary, though. If they give you a curse, it is yours to bear without complaint.
- More than anything, you will receive nothing, neither good nor bad, when you pray to the gods.
- The patrons all specialize in a different set of curses and blessings. Depending on who you pray to will change what opportunities you have.
- Each divinity requires a different method of prayer. Exactly what your horse must do is explained in the respective post.
- Fill out the form and post it in this board. Be sure to read the below posts first to ensure you follow the proper prayer rituals. If you fail to perform them correctly, your thread will be promptly deleted.
- Each Divinity specializes in "tears." These Divine Tears cannot be bought, they can only be granted here. They are like potions or droughts that give a capability you did not have before. You can only receive certain Divine Tears from certain gods/goddesses. Each god/goddess has one Divine Tear, which is the 21st number in all posts below. You can only receive the Divine Tear if your character belongs to that Colony. If you pray to a different patron, the 21st will turn into Nothing rather than a Divine Tear.
- After your thread is posted, a staff member will post the gift or curse you have received, or will inform you if you have received nothing. Their decision is random and unbiased. First, they put 35 different faces into the dice found here. They then make a list containing thirty-five numbered fields--each number has an assigned result found in the below posts. The make-up of these thirty-five faces is:
- When you receive an item or other blessing, it is yours to wield. You may sell it, apply it to a different character, give it to someone, keep it in your inventory for a while, etc. However, if you receive a curse, you may not give it away, sell it, apply it to a different character, complain, or anything of the like. You must immediately apply it to your character and bear it until you can reverse it or it expires.
